Puss cat was struggling with a clicky leg. I couldn’t work out which one and there was no limp, tried ‘you move’ pet supplements with no joy so I decided to change food and voila! No clicking!! The taster pack was a great value way to work out which foods puss liked best. Monthly subscriptions let you tailor which foods you wish to have that month and whether you want lots or some of those in your delivery. Cat is quite fussy but devours her chicken, tuna and duck tins which are jam packed enough for just one per day with biscuits as a side. Puss cat’s teeth have improved thanks to the kibble which she loves too. We’ve tried the cat litter, the snacks and an alternative flavour biscuit (not us, the cat). Those didn’t go down so well but they are easy to sample and turn on/off thanks to the simple website. Customer services peops are just lovely. They seem like a small lovely team of humans. Always lovely to deal with and very prompt. Completely recommend the quality of food and quality of service! Looking forward to new flavours for the cat to try! My fussy eater has been enjoying her Republic of Cats meals. For the first time we got two packs of one of her ‘doesn’t care for meals’ in error. I contacted customer services who responded in under an hour with a solution and a cheerful personalised response!

Demo's dinner was misplaced by yodel but the roc made sure a replacement was sent in plenty of time. Excellent customer service and a great product too. Product review by Demo.

I started my 11 Yr old cat on this a year ago as he kept being sick on different foods I tried. Had the trial week. Amazing. Stopped being sick immediately. It comes portioned controlled. You can pick favourites and stop non favourites. Email reminders are great. Food is always delivered on schedule.. Looking to put my new kitten on plan as soon as he is old enough. My cat especially likes the surprise treats (toys) that appear every now and then

Can’t rate Republic of Cats high enough….I emailed their customer service team with a concern/ question, had an extremely quick knowledgeable reply, subscription is easy to manage and most importantly the feed is loved my boy …….it’s also good to know he is having good quality nutrition ??

Great cat food - ours love it which is distinct improvement on what we were using before. The quality seems great (smells of food, not 'yuck') and it's easy to portion out and serve. Love the humour of the brand and the excellent, speedy service.

My cats love the food. I don't really have to think about it, the box just turns up when it's supposed to.

I have used the service of Tails for my dog for a couple of years with total satisfaction and welcome the opportunity to use Republic of Cats to provide a similar excellent service for my cat. The quality of the product and service behind it is definitely 5 star.

Friendly & helpful customer service, prompt deliveries, easily managed subscriptions, and most importantly..our cats love the food! It truly has helped them as well. Not to be too descriptive, but their litter trays are a lot easier to clean and don’t smell half as bad as they used to!

Had a problem with a missing delivery, Louise responded very promptly to my email. Problem has been resolved and a new box of goodies for my 2 cats is in its way. Very happy with the service I have received.

The customer service is excellent with this company - several ways to contact them and clearly they all talk to one another. It is a tad on the expensive side, but my cats love it

Signed up with RoC after trying a few similar services and finding this to be the cat's preferred choice. The cat really enjoyed his RoC food and it was very convenient having it delivered to the door... The branding is also quite fun and cute. Cancelled my subscription following the recent price rise, which cranked up the monthly cost by over 10%, a bit steep for what is already a premium service. Interestingly they offer you a 20% discount code to discourage you from cancelling; not really a fan of this tactic to be honest, particularly in light of a price hike, and it adds to the feeling that you're being taken for a bit of a ride at full cost. If you're considering them it's also worth noting that Yodel are their chosen courier, which may give you paws for thought.

I have been using this cat food for my cats for years. There are a wide range of flavours, some of which my cat doesnt like, but you can tailor each delivery to suit you cat.

Unfortunately, my last delivery appears to have been damaged in transit. I immediately contacted Republic of Cats and their prompt and caring response was more than satisfactory.
